- 2 cups biscuit mix
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 cup diced apples

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract; set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the biscuit mix and milk; stir until just mixed.
- Gently fold in the diced apples.
- Drop spoonfuls of batter onto a greased baking sheet.
- Sprinkle the brown sugar mixture over the tops of each biscuit.
- Melt the butter and brush it over the biscuits.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly and serve warm.
