Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups biscuit mix
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup diced apples
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract; set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the biscuit mix and milk; stir until just mixed.
  4. Gently fold in the diced apples.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of batter onto a greased baking sheet.
  6. Sprinkle the brown sugar mixture over the tops of each biscuit.
  7. Melt the butter and brush it over the biscuits.
